“The Macra Terror” – Whoosier Network
Doctor Who with Patrick Troughton (the Second Doctor). The newly animated reconstruction of one of Patrick Troughton’s best episodes makes its InCon debut! The Doctor, Jaime, Polly, and Ben find themselves on a human colony on a remote planet in the far future. Despite a happy and carefree atmosphere, the travelers soon discover that the colonists are being controlled by the parasitic Macra. And when Ben becomes their latest victim, it is up to the Doctor to bring an end to the Macra terror!

Professor Schlegeli’s Wizarding Academy (through 6 p.m.) – Wendy Carson – Room C
For Wizards and Witches of any age or level who feel a little uncomfortable with that famous school to the North, come down and chill with our master Sorceress. Hopefully you’ll do better than her previous star pupil, Mr. Cobblepot. Classes will be engaged in different topics at different tables; drop in at any time.

Motley Kids (through 5 p.m.) – Patriot Boardroom
Activities involve pre-packaged craft kits, each with the specific items needed for that craft, as well as some small “bonus items” usable in all crafts:
* Worry Dolls: We’ll be making a home for some very tiny worry dolls – and then a larger one of our own!
* Very Hungry Caterpillars: The Motley Kids are Very Hungry! We’re going to make some caterpillars and go looking for a snack.

Babylon 5: “Comes the Inquisitor” – Whoosier Network
In a year where we saw so many leave us, particularly unexpected was the passing of the great Mira Furlan. As a tribute to the Croatian-born, award-winning actress who many considered science-fiction’s mama bear, we present one of her great performances as Minbari Ambassador Delenn. In this pivotal episode, an emissary from the Vorlon homeworld, known only as Sebastian, has arrived on Babylon 5 as an “Inquisitor” assigned to test Delenn’s resolve in the coming Shadow War. Does Delenn have what it takes to combat the stuff of legends?

The Doctor and her friends find themselves in an archeological dig where, apparently, one of the artifacts has sprung to life from a centuries-long sleep and taken a young professor prisoner. Can this creature truly bring the world to its knees?

Cosplay Is Not Consent – Eden Sitayu – Main Programming
A one hour informative panel about consent and all aspects of it. From touching someone in a photo, touching and grabbing props without permission. Some subject matter will be sensitive in nature, but content warnings will be given. Will also discuss security measures that the con provides, as well as what to do if you experience a consent violation.

Podcasting is a fast-growing medium, with countless new shows appearing every day. Have you thought about launching your own podcast? Come and hear tips and tricks on starting your own show.

Live reading (and singing) of a new superhero musical by Casey Ross (writer of “Arcade Fire! The Redemption of Billy Mitchell”). For comic book creations, a good conclusion could make the difference between being discontinued, or becoming the immortal icons every character feels they deserve to be. All eyes fall on creator-favorite Badger to lead his universe to its final conclusion – the only problem is that Badger hates the ending he must bring about… Starring local actors Dave Pelsue, Zach Stonerock, Taylor Cox, and 2019 convention toastmaster Doug Powers. The End of the Thirteenth Doctor? – Mark Dooley, Rachel Frend – Special Programming

“The Haunting of Villa Diodati” – Whoosier Network
Doctor Who with Jodie Whittaker (the Thirteenth Doctor). The Doctor, Ryan, Graham, and Yaz arrive at the Villa Diodate on Lake Geneva on the night that Lord Byron, John Polidori, Mary Godwin, and Percy Brysse Shelly chalenge each other to write gohst stories, the results of which, for Mary, will be the creation of Frankenstein. But there’s a few things amiss – Percy has not arrived yet, there is a shadowy figure stalking the residents of the house, and the newly-arrived Doctor and her companions are determined to solve the mystery, preferably after Graham has found the loo.

“Murder by Decree” – Whoosier Network
Another great loss in the acting world this year was the great Christopher Plummer, best remembered for his role as Capt. Von Trapp in “The Sound of Music.” But in the late 70’s Plummer took on the Great Detective, Sherlock Holmes in a battle of wits with the redoubtable Jack the Ripper. Along with James Mason as Dr. John Watson and the peerless direction of Bob Clark (“Black Christmas,” “A Christmas Story”), the film won five Genie Awards, including Best Actor for Plummer and Best Direction for Clark. Join us as Holmes and Watson immerse themselves in murder, madness, and conspiracies beyond anything they’ve ever encountered. The game is afoot! Due to scenes of violence and mature subject matter, parental discretion is advised.

The TV series forty years ahead of its time, and twenty minutes into the future, returns! Investigative reporter Edison Carter and his compterized alter ego, Max Headroom (Matt Frewer), along with his wingman Theora Jones (Amanda Pays) delve into the mysterious obsession Netwrok 23’s viewers have with rival network 66’s game show “Whackets.”
